Occupy YOUR street

Just thinking out loud here. If the people resist regime or legislation they seem to congregate in parks. They concentrate themselves in order to feel stronger together. But at the same time it is a limitation. It is a segregation. It is an easy target. What if instead of occupying Wall Street, people would occupy THEIR street. Close it down. Conversation with neighbors. Actual discussion instead of manifest, mass media manipulation and published opinion. How many people does it take to close down a country if everyone closed down their own street. It takes approximately 2% of any population to block every single street in a country. Think about it.
