Friendsourcing

Since my last post on friendsourcing some people are picking up on the concept. And rightfully so as friendsourcing is the only solution for the information overload we are confronting on a daily basis now. Using your own social network to find answers, products and services that fit you does make a lot of sense. Many startups are trying to capture this need in many different ways yet the big challenge is to reach a critical mass that offers enough (but not too much!) useful information for more to join. As obtaining and sharing the right content is a costly operation the answer to me lies in cooperation, not competition.
